When you create a sale, you need email or provide printed receipt to your customers. Same with work orders, purchase orders or bills. At novo, each of them have individual layouts as per receipt types. Not only that, you can also choose either any regular or thermal printer to print these receipts individually.
To adjust receipt layouts and content, please go to
Settings > Store Settings > Receipt Settings
• Invoice Footer – A thank you note or any special terms if you wish to add.
• Work Order Terms – Repair order needs some extra terms. Put your own repair order terms here.
• Auto print prompt – Auto print prompt will bring the printing form automatically when you create an invoice. If you turn it off, you have to click on print button manually each time you create an invoice.
• Invoice Layout: Select the invoice type you want to print on regular a4 printer or thermal printer.
